Humana, overview on waiving PCP copays:
- The cost share waivers apply to all Medicare members both Group and Individual plans and were effective 5/1/2020- running through 12/31/2020.
- The waiver covers PCP visits which includes labs in office, BUT not Labs sent out to Lab Corp or Quest.
- Behavioral Health has 3 things that are subject to the waiver:
- Psych consults for medications
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Existing Telehealth Cost Share Waiver has been extended through 12/31/2020
- Safety Kits that include masks and instructions on how to properly wear them will be mailed to all Medical Insured Members (Comm and MA)
- Mailings will start at the end of May and will begin with the most vulnerable membership
